hi, i just joined and am looking for some information. i am just starting a new cleaning business and have questions on bidding the jobs. the cleaning business is what is called a "trash out". this is where the mortgage company that has gotten a house back after a foreclosure and needs to hire cleaners to come in and just mainly get the trash out of the house that the former owners have left behind. if anyone has any help for me on how to bid a job like this, i would appreciate the help!
