Use a lightweight cotton sock and place it over a thin feather duster that has an extendable handle attachment and then spray the sock with window cleaner. To clean the baubles remove them from the chandelier and place them on a terrycloth towel in the bottom of a sink partially filled with water, automatic dishwashing detergent and rubbing alcohol, let them soak and then dry them.
