For shower heads and kitchen sprayers that are clogged due to hard water, immerse them in a container of distilled white vinegar. Be sure that the entire fixture is immersed in the vinegar. Length of time depends on the amount of hard water deposits present. A few hours will get most cleaned. Can be soaked overnight for very clogged fixtures.
