To unclog clogged shower heads, pour vinegar into a bowl and warm it in the microwave. Next, pour the warm vinegar into a large freezer bag. Put your clogged shower head into the baggie and seal it. Allow it to sit overnight. The next morning take the shower head out of the baggie and use an old (but hard bristled) toothbrush to remove the mineral deposits. Rinse the shower head in warm water and reattach.
